Tennessee Titans quarterback Will Levis seems harmless enough, but some sick thoughts might be rolling around in the rookie's head. An avid fantasy football player, Levis recently revealed the stomach-churning punishment planned for the last-place finisher in his league.
"The last one was we had to make him eat a whole pack — I think a dozen — uncooked hot dogs," Levis told Matthew Berry of NBC Sports. "Go on Instagram Live and, like, eat them in front of, like, everybody."

Unfortunately, Levis confirmed that the loser didn't "man up" and refused to go through with the punishment. Luckily for Levis, he has never been in the loser's shoes. Levis told Berry he'd been playing fantasy football for 12 years but never placed last, avoiding raw hot dog consumption or any other gag-inducing feat.
Barring an injury to Ryan Tannehill, Levis won't be the Titans' Week 1 starter under center. However, he's already under the microscope. The early talk around Titans OTA's was Levis' struggles with accuracy. Earlier this week, Levis brushed off the concerns, telling Turron Davenport of ESPN that it will improve as he gains chemistry with his receivers.
Selected with the 33rd pick in the second round of the 2023 NFL Draft out of Kentucky, Levis will, at some point, take over for Tannehill. While he'll one day lead the Titans, hopefully, he won't be in charge of the team's fantasy league or its punishments for cellar-dwellers.
